APDHA presenta su Balance Migratorio en la frontera sur 2012

Como cada año, la Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos de Andalucía (APDHA) ha presentado su Balance de los flujos migratorios que se dirigen a España, en esta ocasión referidos a 2012.

En la rueda de prensa celebrada hoy en Cádiz, han intervenido Rafael Lara y Mathilde Legborne, miembros del área de Inmigración de APDHA.

Rafael Lara ha comenzado su intervención constatando que el volumen de personas que han logrado atravesar la frontera sur y entrar en nuestro país, si bien han sido luego detenidas, se mantiene en niveles similares a los del año pasado, alcanzando casi las 7.000 personas, tan sólo 150 personas más que durante el año 2011. No obstante, a eso habría que sumarle al menos el 20 o el 30% de personas que han logrado burlar todos los sistemas de vigilancia y lograron cruzar sin ser detectadas.

  • Varias llamadas han alertado de la presencia de las embarcaciones
  • Otra patera con 43 inmigrantes llegó anoche a la isla de El Hierro

Un total de 62 inmigrantes subsaharianos han sido rescatados esta madrugada en el Estrecho de Gibraltar cuando viajaban en cuatro pateras, en varias actuaciones desarrolladas por Salvamento Salvamento Marítimo y la Gendarmería marroquí.

Deux habitants de la région de Niono, à 370 km au nord de Bamako, ont été abattus vendredi 25 janvier par l‘armée malienne, selon les affirmations de leur entourage à un journaliste malien. Ce journaliste, Seidi, de retour à Ségou, plus au sud, sur la route vers Bamako, a rapporté jeudi soir ce témoignage à l‘Agence France presse. Les exécutions sommaires ont eu lieu dans le village de Seribala, quartier de Medin, à 20 km de Niono.

Tunesien, Weltbank Kredite mit Auflagen

Zum 2. Mal innerhalb von 2 Monaten sagt die Weltbank einen Kredit für den laufenden tunesischen Staatshaushalt zu, wiederum in Höhe von 500 Mio. Dollar. Der Kredit ist daran geknüpft, dass die wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen weiter „liberalisiert“ werden und die Sozialpolitik strukturelle Änderungen erfährt: Statt Subventionen (zur Senkung der Nahrungsmittel- und Energiepreise etc.) zu vergeben, sollen in Zukunft mehr Einzelprojekte gefördert werden.

Hier befand sich ein berüchtigtes Straflager v.a. für politische Gefangene. In Aufständen der 1990er Jahre wurde das Lager zerstört.

Taoudeni, nord du Mali, 2008. Site de l’ancien pénitencier. Pendant de nombreuses années, les prisonniers politiques étaient envoyés croupir et mourir au bagne de Taoudeni. Dans les années 1990, les rebelles touaregs (avec à leur tête l’actuel chef d’Ansar Dine) ont attaqué le bagne. La plupart des bâtiments et les blindés qui s’y trouvaient ont été détruits. Les vents de sable ont fait le reste. Il n’y a plus que quelques bouts de murs debout.

The protest of refugees going on in Vienna, which now already lasts two months. It began on November 24th, 2012, when many hundreds of refugees marched in a loud and strong demonstration from the camp in Traiskirchen to Vienna. Subsequently they constructed a self-organized, constantly growing protest camp in the Sigmund-Freud-Park in front of the Votiv Church.

Since politics and the public opinion did not react properly to the demands of the refugees, like the ones for a reasonable coverage of basic needs, the right to work and to choose freely their place of residence, the refugees searched shelter from police repression and cold weather in the Votiv Church. Even if their shelter was guaranteed by representatives of the Church, the situation stays precarious. Moreover, the police brutally tore down the camp at the end of the year 2012 even though its permission from the city council was still active.
