Kriege, Armut, Klimawandel: Die Gründe für eine Flucht nach Europa sind vielfältig. Der Historiker Wolfgang Reinhard nennt in seinem Buch „Die Unterwerfung der Welt“ noch einen weiteren Grund für Migration: die Folgen des Kolonialismus.

Rund 360.000 Menschen sind 2016 über das Mittelmeer nach Europa geflohen, mehr als 5.000 haben es nicht geschafft und sind auf der Überfahrt gestorben. Diese Zahlen sind die bisher höchsten – aber trotzdem ist die massenhafte Wanderung nach Europa zu Normalität geworden. Auch für den Historiker Wolfgang Reinhard ist das Phänomen erklärbar, wenn auch aus einem scheinbar ungewöhnlichen Grund:

Alors que depuis trois ans, la nouvelle politique migratoire a totalement détourné l’attention des MRE, l’émigration marocaine continue de se réduire depuis la crise économique mondiale de 2008. Pourtant, l’immigration marocaine en France est repartie à la hausse récemment. Faut-il s’attendre à un nouveau retournement de tendance ?

L’émigration marocaine vers les pays de l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) est à son plus bas niveau depuis 16 ans. De 98 000 nouveaux arrivants en 2000, elle a atteint 157 000 émigrés en 2008, avant de baisser continuellement pour atteindre 80 000 départs en 2014, selon les statistiques de l’OCDE. Plusieurs changements peuvent pourtant laisser penser à un retournement de tendance.

Kriminelle Vergangenheit, gescheiterte Existenz, bereit zu allem – das Bild von Anis Amri passt wunderbar zu einem gescheiterten IS-Loser. Der Fall Amri zeigt aber auch, dass die Odyssee nicht anerkannter Flüchtlinge durch Europa eine Zeitbombe sein kann. Arbeitslos, haltlos, frustriert, als einziges Auskommen die Beschaffungskriminalität, dazu Drogen, auch die Droge Islamismus. Ein menschliches Desaster, das zur gesellschaftlichen Bedrohung wird.

PACHINO, Sicily — All migrant Marc Samie has of his fiancee is a picture in his mind. Louise, seven and a half months pregnant, is standing silently on a beach in Libya, tears rolling down her face as traffickers force him at gunpoint into a rubber dinghy with a compass.

The armed men had ordered Samie to hold the compass and a satellite phone for navigation on the journey to Italy. He refused. So they fired a Kalashnikov at the ground between his legs, and told him to take the compass or they would kill the couple. They said she would be on the next boat.

That was last July, and he hasn’t laid eyes on her since. But instead of being treated as a victim in Italy, Samie was arrested by police and charged with facilitating illegal immigration.

Il bilancio 2016 è nero: su 175 mila arrivi gli espulsi sono stati 17mila. É il prezzo dell’isolamento italiano.

ROMA Sono 175 mila gli stranieri arrivati in Italia dall’inizio dell’anno, 17 mila gli espulsi e solo cinquemila i rimpatriati. Nell’anno più nero per i migranti, con 4.700 persone morte nel Mediterraneo, l’Italia paga un prezzo alto all’isolamento in cui l’ha costretta l’Europa. Le richieste di collaborazione a Bruxelles per un piano di investimenti nei Paesi di provenienza sono cadute nel vuoto, così come la possibilità di stringere accordi con gli Stati africani. E così la media rimane bassa: soltanto per uno straniero su 10 scatta il provvedimento di effettiva espulsione. Il bilancio del 2016 si chiude dunque con il record di sbarchi e il fallimento del progetto che prevedeva la ricollocazione dei richiedenti asilo, ma anche di quello che aveva come obiettivo di far rientrare in patria chi non ha i requisiti per rimanere in Italia.

Mittlerweile sollte es jedem klar sein. Auch denjenigen, die sich eher vom organisierten Manipulationseifer, vom Fernsehschauspiel und der Zustimmungsfabrik beeinflussen lassen. Man nennt sie weiterhin Massenimmigration.

Man sollte sie besser Massendeportation menschlicher Lebewesen nennen. Das ist das wahre Gesicht der heutigen Migrationswellen, die derzeit Europa erschüttern. Es wird vorgegeben, aufnehmen und integrieren zu wollen, doch in Wahrheit wird die Ankunft von Migranten bejubelt, gleich einem Vampir, der beim Anblick von Blut feiert – um ein Marxsches Gleichnis zu benutzen. Warum bejubelt das siegreiche Kapital die Ankunft der Migranten? Warum reguliert es nicht vielmehr den Migrantenfluss, obwohl es das tun könnte?

MILANO – Sono ormai quasi sei milioni gli immigrati in Italia, circa il 10 per cento della popolazione, con un lieve aumento degli irregolari e un forte aumento di coloro che sono riusciti ad avere la cittadinanza, perché residenti da lungo tempo. Ma il dato più rilevante del 22° rapporto della Fondazione Ismu sulle migrazioni – presentato oggi a Milano – è che il 2016 è l’anno record degli sbarchi sulle nostre coste (171mila ultimo dato disponibile al 30 di novembre, il triplo rispetto all’intero 2011). E la previsione è che – smaltito il flusso da Siria e Medio oriente – gli arrivi dall’Africa sub sahariana continueranno a crescere nei prossimi decenni, visto che è prevista in quelle aree, le più povere del mondo, un boom demografico senza precedenti.
