El documental ‚Transformar el dolor en justicia‘, del colectivo Caminando Fronteras, reúne a las familias de varios de los fallecidos el 6 de febrero de 2014 en la frontera española de El Tarajal. 15 personas murieron en un intento de entrada repelido por la Guardia Civil con material antidisturbios y las familias exigen respuestas. „Mi hijo ha muerto y lo han enterrado sin que lo vea. ¿Le pusieron una sábana blanca? No lo sé. ¿Un cura ha bendecido su cuerpo? No lo sé“, dice el padre de una de las víctimas

„Una marcha silenciosa recuerda en Ceuta a los quince inmigrantes muertos 6/mar/14

EFE Casi doscientas personas, según la policía y los organizadores, han participado esta tarde en Ceuta en una marcha en silencio convocada por varias asociaciones para recordar a los quince inmigrantes subsaharianos que fallecieron hace un mes en las inmediaciones de la frontera con Ceuta.

Ceuta: Brief summary of conversations with a group of Camerounese migrants who entered Ceuta on the 6th of February

In the early morning of the 6th of February in Castillago/Fnideq, next to the border of Ceuta, a group of 400 migrants, mostly Camerounese, achieved to swim around the fence which seperates Ceuta from Morocco and entered into Spanish water, though they were being attacked by Moroccan police. The Guardia Civil attacked the migrants when they arrived at the brigde in front of the gate to Ceuta, at a point where they were still in Morocco. The Guardia Civil also had a small boat with a Spanish flag from which they were pumping teargas into the water, hitting the people with sticks and driving over the people who were swimming.

Die Guardia Civil Ceuta hat ein Video veröffentlicht, dessen Authentizität nicht überprüft werden kann. Es soll die Angriffe der Flüchtlinge auf den EU-Zaun in den Morgenstunden des 06.02.2014 zeigen. Die Flüchtlinge treten massiv und entschlossen auf. Sie werfen Steine in Richtung EU-Zaun. Nach der Erfolglosigkeit dieser Aktion sollen sie an den Strand weitergezogen oder dorthin abgedrängt worden sein, und haben dann versucht, den EU-Zaun zu umschwimmen. Über die dann einsetzende mörderische Gewalt der Guardia Civil, die mindestens 15 schwimmenden Flüchtlingen das Leben gekostet hat, wird auf dem offiziellen Video nichts gezeigt.

While the EU Council will discuss today the strategic orientations of the EU’s migration policy, we publish an article on the lack of follow up on the left-to-die boat case, the structural causes of the deaths of migrants at sea and the fundamental policy reorientation necessary to put an end to them. Time to end the EU’s left-to-die policy

Researchers participating in the reconstruction of the 2011 “Left-to-die boat” case in which 63 migrants lost their life under NATO’s eyes, summarize three years of inconclusive demands for disclosure and justice. As the European Council addresses the EU’s long-term migration policy, they say deaths of migrants at sea will continue short of ending the EU’s policy of closure towards non-European migrants.

Die spanische Regierung und die Oppositionspartei PSOE steuern einen Staatspakt in der Migrations- und Flüchtlingspolitik an. Die PSOE verzichtet auf die Forderung nach Rücktritt des Innenministers nach dem Massaker am EU Zaun in Ceuta am 06.02.2014. Der Innenminister bietet den Abbau des potentiell tödlichen Klingendrahts am EU Zaun an. Mithilfe des Staatspakts und eines neuen Abkommens mit Marokko sollen möglicherweise alle MigrantInnen und Flüchtlinge, die in Ceuta und Melilla ankommen, abgeschoben werden. Vonseiten der marokkanischen Regierung gibt es im Moment noch Vorbehalte.

Die andalusische Gouverneurin Llera hat den Justiz- und Innenminister der andalusischen Regierung scharf angegriffen. Emilio de Llera hat die Guardia-Civil-Schüsse auf schwimmende Flüchtlinge am EU-Zaun von Ceuta als „Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit“ definiert. Die Gummigeschosse und Rauchbomben der Guardia Civil haben am Morgen des 06.02.2014 zum Tod von mindestens 15 Flüchtlingen geführt.
