De l’inutilité des centres fermés
Nombreux sont les migrants qui se font actuellement cueillir chez eux au petit matin, toutes nationalités confondues, par la police communale et /ou fédérale sous l’ordre du service SEFOR de l’Office des Étrangers, parce qu’ils avaient reçu un Ordre de Quitter le Territoire un jour, même si des recours ou des nouvelles demandes sont en cours.

Mohammad Hassan from Corith’s camp dies
KEERFA accuses Minister Dendias
Afghani refugee Mohammad Hassan died on Saturday in Sismanogleio hospital where he was intubated struggling to stay alive after moved there from Corinth’s hospital where he entered on the 2nd of July. He had been prisoned in Corinth’s concentration camp since 2/9/2012. KEERFA accused the ministry of Public Order for indifference and complicity.
“The Afghan refugee prisoner from Corinth’s [Korinthos’s] concentration camp that was kept dying and intubated in Sismanoglio is dead. Samara’s Government and Minister of Citizen Protection Dendias have stained their hands with blood” notes KEERFA, who made the incident public with their announcement.
As KEERFA [he Movement Against Racism and the Fascist Threat] had warned through their announcement and an interview on Thursday publised on enet, his life had been in danger.
According to allegations from his fellow prisoners, he had been experiencing pain for a long time but the policemen were refusing to respond to his plea to be taken to the hospital. He had an infection requiring prompt treatment.
“We reached this point because even the warnings from OENGE (the Federation of Hospital Doctors) a month ago when they visited Amygdaleza camp were ignored. The Ministry of Public Order and the Greek Police have did absolutely nothing.
Prisoners die and Dendias remains silent. For us there is complicity of the Ministry of Citizen Protection and Dendias in the crimes taking place in the camps and in police station, like the Grevena one. […]
People looking for asylum and safety are arrested, imprisoned and led to death. There has to be an end to this policy right now.
A big protest by his fellow prisoners had to take place for Mohammad Hassan to be eventually taken to the hospital.
Unfortunately, it was proven that it was already late. What makes it even more tragic is that on the 8th of July,

Wir sind Flüchtlinge aus verschiedenen Ländern im Landkreis Bitterfeld.

Mise en ligne : lundi 22 juillet 2013 Un groupe d’Afghans et de Bengalis a été attaqué à Tabanovce, près de la frontière serbe, dans une région très fréquentée par les migrants en route vers l’Europe. Un homme est mort et trois autres ont été blessés, tandis que trois personnes ont été inculpées pour meurtre avec préméditation. Par Goran Adamovski
Selon les premières informations indiquées par la police, les trois agresseurs avaient prévu d’attaquer et de dépouiller des migrants qui traversaient leur village en direction de la Serbie. Le 15 juillet dernier, vers 1h30 du matin, ils se sont postés près de l’autoroute après avoir identifié un petit groupe de personnes en route vers la frontière.

L’un des inculpés a interpelé les migrants, originaires d’Afghanistan et du Bangladesh, les sommant de s’arrêter en tirant en l’air avec un fusil. Le groupe de migrants a voulu fuir, l’un d’entre eux a lancé des pierres en direction des agresseurs, blessant ainsi au visage le détenteur du fusil. Ce dernier a alors tiré directement sur le groupe, tuant sur le coup l’un des migrants, d’origine bengalie, et en blessant trois autres.
Les agresseurs ont immédiatement quitté le lieu du crime, retournant au domicile du premier accusé qui, après avoir nettoyé soigneusement le fusil, a convenu avec ses comparses de ne parler à personne de l’événement.
Après une courte enquête, la police est parvenue à identifier les auteurs de l’agression. Trois habitants de Tabanovce, âgés entre 24 et 28 ans, ont été inculpés pour meurtre avec préméditation. Le motif du meurtre, selon le ministère de l’Intérieur, est le vol. Après perquisition aux domiciles des inculpés, la police a consigné deux fusils de chasse.

Le juge d’instruction du tribunal de Kumanovo a prononcé une mise en détention préventive de 30 jours de prison contre les trois inculpés ; deux d’entre eux ont été placés en détention à Skopje, alors que l’auteur présumé du meurtre est actuellement en fuite.
Les inculpés étaient déjà connus des services de police pour des faits criminels, dont l’un d’entre eux pour des faits similaires (agression pour vol) et avait déjà été condamné en 2011.
Les migrants, qui transportent souvent d’importantes sommes d’argent en espèces pour parvenir jusqu’en Europe, sont souvent victimes d’agressions de la part de criminels locaux. Depuis leur pays d’origine, il en coûte souvent plusieurs milliers d’euros pour parvenir en Grèce, puis quelques centaines d’euros pour traverser la Macédoine et arriver en Serbie.
