Le Maroc annule les voyages des jeunes en Tunisie

Le ministère marocain de la Jeunesse et des Sports a annoncé jeudi 16 juillet 2015, l’annulation de tous les voyages des jeunes programmés vers la Tunisie au cours de l’été 2015, à la demande des autorités tunisiennes, et ce, suite à la proclamation de l’état d’urgence, une semaine aprés l’attentat de Sousse, qui a fait 38 morts. Notons que le ministère de l’Intérieur a indiqué que les unités sécuritaires ont arrêté, deux Marocains impliqués dans l’opération terroriste du Bardo.

12 «harraga» interceptés au large de Annaba

Douze jeunes gens qui tentaient d’émigrer, clandestinement, en traversant la Méditerranée à bord d’une embarcation de fortune, ont été interceptés, hier matin, par une patrouille des garde-côtes, apprend-on auprès du groupement territorial de ce corps. Ces «harraga», âgés de 19 à 24 ans et tous originaires de Annaba, avaient pris la mer vers 2h, à la plage d’El Chatt, dans la wilaya voisine d’El Tarf, précise-t-on, ajoutant que l’opération d’interception par une patrouille des garde-côtes a eu lieu à environ 13 miles, au large de ras El Hamra (Annaba) vers 4h. Les 12 jeunes personnes ont subi une visite médicale d’usage avant d’être présentés devant le procureur de la République, près le tribunal de Annaba pour tentative d’émigration clandestine, fait-on savoir de même source. Au moins 125 «harraga» ont été interceptés, dans des conditions analogues, depuis le début de l’année 2015, au large des côtes annabies.

Der elegant gekleidete Kommandant der Küstenwache ist Ingenieur und hat etwas Weltläufiges. Vor kurzem noch nahm er in Spanien an einem Kongress von Migrations- und Sicherheitsexperten teil. Nun stellt er sich, mit heiserer Stimme, den Fragen einer Handvoll europäischer Journalisten.

441 illegal immigrants arrested in Libya

Libya’s security forces on Thursday arrested 441 African nationals planning to illegally immigrate to Europe, according to Tripoli security sources.Murad Hamza, spokesman for Tripoli’s central security force, said that their fighters were informed by local citizens on the whereabouts of potential illegal immigrants in the city and arrested them.The batch of illegal immigrants are now held in a detention center. Most of them are from sub-Saharan states.

Vingt-trois candidats à l’émigration clandestine ont été arrêtés, durant les 3 premiers mois de cette année par les éléments du groupement de la Gendarmerie d’Oran, selon un bilan communiqué à l’occasion. Ces harraga s’apprêtaient à embarquer, clandestinement, à partir de Canastel, en direction des côtes espagnoles.

Libya arrests 600 Europe-bound illegal migrants

Tripoli – Libyan authorities on Saturday arrested about 600 illegal migrants from African countries who were planning to sail to Europe, a coastguard official said.The migrants were rounded up during a huge crackdown in the Tripoli region during which telecommunications equipment was also seized, the official told AFP.

Hundreds of those who had been rounded up were seen sitting on the ground outside a detention centre in Tripoli, as authorities distributed food and drink. […]“

400 Europe-bound migrants held in Libya dawn raid

Libyan authorities arrested 400 illegal migrants, including several pregnant women, at dawn on Sunday as they prepared to board boats for Europe, officials said.

Most of the migrants were Somalis and Ethiopians and included „pregnant women“, said Mohammed Abdelsalam al-Kuwiri, spokesman for a unit in the Tripoli-based government that combats illegal migration.

TRIPOLI (Reuters) – Libya’s coast guard detained on Wednesday almost 600 illegal African migrants, among them pregnant women and 18 children, who had tried to sail to Europe on a fishing boat, a security official said.
