Today we were brutally attacked by police forces in Luxembourg during our peaceful blockade action against the summit of the European Council. While the Ministers of Interior Affairs of every EU member state were sitting inside behind closed doors speaking about the Mediterranean Task Force, the new Executive Director of Frontex as well as better ways to administrate the Schengen Area.

Police attacks the freedom marchers in Luxembourg !

The police brutally attacked the freedom marchers in Luxembourg in front of the Palais de Justice : 10 people were arrested, 7 of them without a safe status. They were peacefully demonstrating against the meeting of the ministers of interior as the police attacked the activist croud.

Solidarity beyond Borders – Building Democracy from Below was the motto for a May of Solidarity and Action
Days just before the European elections. Launched by the transnational European coordination of and for Blockupy it was a powerful moment of Europe-wide mobilization and solidarity. Thousands of people throughout the continent – in Germany, Poland, Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Greece and Portugal – took to the streets and demonstrated against austerity policies pushed by the Troika and the EU, against ongoing attempts to privatize commons and public services, against institutional racism fostered by border regimes and immigration laws, against the resurge of nationalism and right wing populism as well as against exploitation, poor working conditions and further neoliberal trade agreements such as TTIP furthering global capitalism.

Migrant solidarity demonstration in Debrecen
Migrant Solidarity Group of Hungary, Migszol, was protesting at the refugee camp in Debrecen on Saturday together with a hundred refugees. The demonstration was against asylum detention and demanded closing down the inhumane detention centers and the detention system.
A small Jobbik counter demonstration was awaiting Migszol when the group arrived to Debrecen. The demonstration march itself was peaceful with great moments of solidarity, like when the protesters were waving to the imprisoned asylum seekers who were in the detention center. After the march the protesters were raising the mood with singing and dancing together. They had also arranged books from Budapest to give to asylum seekers in Debrecen that were received with a very warm welcome.

Neben den unterschiedlichen EU-Richtinien und -Verordungen ist die Dublin III Verordnung der integrale Bestandteil mörderischer EU-Migrations-Abschottungspolitik.
Die DU III Verordnung legt fest, dass das Asylverfahren in dem europäischen Staat durchzuführen ist, wo die Geflüchteten erstmalig in der EU registriert wurden.
Die reichen europäischen Kernländer wie Deutschland, Frankreich, Belgien, Niederlanden nutzen die DU III Verordung, das Recht auf Asyl auf EU Außenstaaten zu verlagern, denn legal nach Kerneuropa zu gelangen ist, um Schutz zu finden, faktisch unmöglich. In den EU Außenstaaten wie u.a. Malta, Italien, etc. kann schon lange nicht mehr von funktionierenden Asylsystemen gesprochen werden. Europäische Gerichte mussten konstituieren, dass in Griechenland das Asylsystem seit Jahren mittlerweile komplett zusammengebrochen ist.

Decenas de inmigrantes de origen sirio se concentran hoy en la Plaza de España de Melilla, donde reclaman su traslado a la península y así poder abandonar el Centro de Estancia Temporal de Inmigrantes (CETI), muy saturado tras las últimas entradas masivas.
Entre los casi 200 inmigrantes, destaca la presencia de numerosos niños, que agitan banderas españolas o portan carteles donde expresan su rechazo a continuar en el CETI.
„No CETI, sí Madrid“, han coreado los inmigrantes, en presencia de agentes de la Policía Nacional.
Según ha asegurado a Efe uno de los inmigrantes, en el CETI hay alrededor de 600 sirios, de los que, casi la mitad, son menores que tienen que convivir, a su vez, con cientos de „africanos“ en unas instalaciones saturadas.
Asegura que no quieren permanecer en Melilla, donde se niegan a pedir el derecho de asilo, ya que lo que pretenden, en algunos casos, es viajar a países como Alemania o Francia.
Se trata de una de las protestas más numerosas por parte del colectivo sirio, que ya se ha manifestado en anteriores ocasiones en Melilla, llegando a acampar en la céntrica Plaza de España.

In the same place, where the Schengen agreement was signed 1985 and 1990 and the abolishing of internal borders for EU-Citizens is celebrated with monuments and in a museum, the march of refugees and sans papieres presented yesterday the reality and consequences of the treaty and its socalled „compensatory measures“: suffering, death and deportations through a tight visa-regime, the Schengen Information system, the fenced and deathly external borders including Frontex ( which are presented with propaganda films in the museum).
Find first pictures attached from the boats-bordercrossing, from the reality decoration of the monuments and from the protest including a roof ocupation at the Schengen museum…, about 200 persons participated.

RE4CH ruft auf:
Wie lange müssen wir noch für unsere Rechte kämpfen? Gibt es keine Gerechtigkeit für uns? Wann werden unsere Rufe endlich gehört werden? Wir sind schon lange müde, aber wir demonstrieren trotzdem weiter für Gerechtigkeit. Warum werden wir immer noch marginalisiert und diskriminiert? Was genau bedeutet Demokratie eigentlich? Damals in unseren Herkunftsländern dachten wir, dass wir den Unterschied zwischen einer Demokratie und einer Diktatur genau kennen. Wenn wir heute aber das Verhalten der Europäischen Union gegenüber Flüchtlingen analysieren, ist uns vieles nicht mehr so klar. Wir hoffen, dass unser Leid bald ein Ende findet. Weil wir daran glauben, dass hilflose Flüchtlinge in demokratischen Staaten nicht verfolgt oder bestraft werden sollten. Wir fordern einen umgehenden Stopp aller Abschiebungen in die gesetzlosen Länder in Europa und ein sofortiges Ende der rassistischen Dublin-Verordnungen.*
