EU-Parlament stimmt über Regelungen für Frontex an den Seeaußengrenzen ab

PRO ASYL: Keine rechtliche Grundlage für Zurückweisungen schaffen!

Das Europäische Parlament wird am 16. April 2014 über die so genannte Seeaußengrenzenverordnung abstimmen. Mit der Verordnung werden Zurückweisungen von Flüchtlingen auf eine scheinbar legale Grundlage gestellt. „Die Zustimmung derAbgeordneten ist ein fatales Signal für den Flüchtlingsschutz“, sagte Marei Pelzer, Rechtspolitische Referentin von PRO ASYL.

A man lost his life during the chase of a vessel carrying undocumented immigrants by a coast guard high speed boat. The killing took place this morning near the island of Kos.
According to preliminary information, the vessel had earlier debarked seven immigrants on the beach of Psalidi, Kos. It was spotted by the military watchtower of the island, who notified port police officials. During the chase of the vessel one man was shot dead.

Fast ohne Verpflegung saß die Refugee-Aktivistin Napuli Langa fünf Tage auf einer Platane am Berliner Oranienplatz und weigerte sich, das zerstörte Camp der Geflüchteten zu verlassen. Bevor sie gestern Abend geschwächt aber wohlbehalten herabstieg, hat sie einen großartigen Sieg für die Geflüchteten am Oranienplatz erkämpft. Schriftlich hat der Senat versichert, dass das Infozelt der Geflüchteten wieder aufgebaut wird. Damit ist klar: Der Protest geht weiter  – O-Platz is living!

E che spesso fuggono: “dei 140 arrivati ieri e collocati in una scuola – dice all’ANSA – 130 sono spariti. Alcuni potrebbero essere malati di scabbia. E oggi ne sono arrivati altri 284, che verranno collocati nella stessa scuola. La situazione è drammatica”. (ANSA).
