SOLIDARITY GATHERING in support of two No Border activists

Appeal trial of two activists!
Background : during the week of September 26 to October 1, 2010 was held a No Border camp in Brussels, the claims were

• No one is illegal
• Borders or nations
• Equal rights for all
• Freedom of movement and installation
• Against the capitalist and authoritarian systems that cause forced exile, war and misery

But these claims are not welcome and expressing them even less! Therefore the state is seeking a way to silence and intimidate activists and found two to be charged of rebellion even against any formal proof (the verdict is amazing).
Following their conviction in April 2012 respectively to one year and six months suspended sentence (five years!) during a political-like trial they decided to appeal that verdict. These convictions affect us all!
The way „justice“ has mounted its charges is just unacceptable – no need even for evidence Their fight is our fight

RASSEMBLEMENT de soutien aux deux activistes No Border

Procès de deux inculpés militants en appel !
Rappel : au cours de la semaine du 26 septembre au 1 octobre 2010 s’était tenu un camp No Border à Bruxelles dont les revendications étaient :

• Personne n’est illégal
• Ni frontières ni nations
• Les mêmes droits pour toutes et tous
• Liberté de circulation et d’installation
• Contre les systèmes capitalistes et autoritaires qui entraînent exil forcé, guerres et misères

Mais ces revendications ne sont pas les bienvenues et les exprimer encore moins ! Donc l’État cherche un moyen de… faire taire et d’intimider ; il trouve deux militants et les charge envers et contre toute preuve probante (le verdict est hallucinant) !
Suite à leur condamnation en avril 2012 à un an et six mois de prison avec sursis (cinq ans!) dans le cadre d’un jugement aux allures de procès politique ils ont décidé d’aller en appel. Ces condamnations nous concernent toutes et tous !
Inacceptable la manière avec laquelle la „justice“ a monté son accusation – plus besoin de preuves…
