The inter associative campaign Frontexit will be launched on the 20th March in Brussels and Nouakchott (TBC) and March 28 in Tunis in a workshop at the World Social Forum. La campagne inter associative Frontexit sera lancée le 20 mars à Bruxelles et à Nouakchott (à confirmer) et le 28 mars à Tunis dans le cadre d’un atelier au Forum Social Mondial. En dessous, l’invitation au lancement de Bruxelles et en pièce jointe le programme de la rencontre du 20 mars après midi. Très bientôt, plus d’informations sur les autres lancements.

L’Union européenne investit des millions d’euros dans un dispositif quasi militaire pour surveiller ses frontières extérieures : FRONTEX. De nombreuses questions se posent quant au fonctionnement, à la transparence et au respect des droits humains par cette agence européenne. À l’initiative du réseau Migreurop, des associations du Nord et du Sud de la Méditerranée se mobilisent pour dénoncer cette politique. Nous vous invitons à venir faire le point à l’occasion de la conférence de lancement de la campagne FRONTEXIT.

The European Union invests millions of euros in a quasi-military operation to keep its external borders under surveillance: FRONTEX. The functioning of this european agency, as well as its transparency and respect for human rights, raise many questions. Organizations from both sides of the Mediterranean, brought together by the Migreurop network, unite to denounce this policy. We invite you to come and discuss the situation on the occasion of the kick-off conference of the FRONTEXIT campaign.
