La Hongrie a décidé de rapatrier 1000 ressortissants du Kosovo actuellement placés dans des centres de rétention. Pristina et Belgrade ont promis de renforcer leurs frontières. in the first half of 2013 the numbers of asylum-applications in Hungary have been exploding. 10.000 aplications until end of June compared to last year (whole year 2012!) 2.155. In the (by the way totally overcrowded) hungarian camps we count about 2.500 people, this means about 7.000 people should have directy left the country again. While the US Constitution marks these programs as illegal, my government argues that secret court rulings, which the world is not permitted to see, somehow legitimize an illegal affair. These rulings simply corrupt the most basic notion of justice – that it must be seen to be done. The immoral cannot be made moral through the use of secret law.
L’UE adopte un mécanisme de réintroduction rapide des visas
Les Balkans occidentaux ont fait un pas de plus vers la réintroduction du régime de visas, a fait savoir EuObserver, un magazine qui suit l’actualité de l’Union européenne. Selon une récente publication de ce média, le Parlement européen (PE) a accepté que la Commission européenne (CE) ait le mandat de décider s’il convient de réintroduire des visas pour les pays des Balkans occidentaux.
